How our post-construction cleaning works.
Construction leaves fine dust in every vent, track and fixture. We clean in phases: a rough clean after the heavy trades, a final clean once flooring and fixtures are in, and a touch-up after punch-list work, timed to your inspection and move-in dates.
We work directly with general contractors, project managers and tenants on TI projects across San Diego, from downtown high-rise floors to new retail and medical build-outs.
